Ametnes Legal ERP - Getting Started#

This is a quick guide on how to get started with the Ametnes Legal ERP Solution.

Prerequisites#

Ametnes Legal ERP Solution is a fully managed software solution that can be hosted on the Ametnes Cloud Platform or hosted in the customer's private infrastructure. The latter is especially useful for requirements of full data privacy and sovereignty.

To create your Ametnes Legal ERP Solution

  1. Login into your Ametnes Platform account.
  2. Using the Services left menu, navigate to the service management dashboard.
  3. Click New Service.
  4. Enter the Legal ERP to filter from the list.

  5. Click the [Configure] button.

  6. In the displayed form, enter the following info.

    1. Enter the Name: Legal Managent System and Description: My Legal Management System.
    2. Select a Version from the list.
    3. Select the Location.

      1. If you have installed the Ametnes Platform agent in your private infrastructure, select the name given to identify your private Ametnes Application Location.
      2. If you want to use the Ametnes infrastructure to host your Legal ERP, select Managed for location
    4. Click [Create].

    5. Wait a short while and your data service will be ready.
    6. Using the Services left menu, navigate to the service management dashboard.
    7. Identify your service and click [Admin]
    8. In the Admin page, scroll to the bottom and click the [Reveal Password] button.

    Authenticating into your Legal ERP System

    You can let the Ametnes Platform generate a password for you. Please remember to save your password as it will be visible again.
